Step 2: Document Preparation and eSignatures
After receiving your payment, we’ll prepare three documents: the Promissory Note (outlining your payment plan), the Land Contract (ensuring you get the deed once the loan is paid off), and the Purchase Agreement. These documents will be sent to you for review and signed electronically through our e-signature platform. You’ll receive a copy of all signed documents for your records.

Step 3: Enjoy Your Land!
Congratulations—you’re now a proud landowner! Even while making payments, the land is yours to visit, camp, explore, and enjoy.

Step 4: Monthly Payments Begin
Your first monthly payment is due 30 days after signing. Payments will be automatically drafted through our payment system, which allows you to track your amortization schedule and make additional payments if desired. A small monthly servicing fee and property taxes will be included in your payment.

Step 5: You Own the Land!
Once the principal is paid in full, we’ll prepare and record the deed in your name. The deed will be sent to the county for recording, and within a few weeks, you’ll receive a copy. Congratulations—you officially own the land free and clear!

Step 2: Document Preparation and eSignatures
After receiving your initial payment, we’ll draft two key documents: the Purchase Agreement and the new Deed. We’ll send the Purchase Agreement to you for review and signature. After sign, we’ll notarize the new deed and provide proof (e.g., photo, video) that it has been notarized.

Step 3: Payment for the Property
Next, we’ll send you instructions to complete the payment for the property, typically via bank wire or ACH.

Step 4: Recording the Deed
Once payment is received, we’ll promptly submit the deed for recording with the county. Most counties allow electronic recording, which usually takes just a day or two. After recording, the property is officially yours!

Step 5: Final Documents and Closing Package
You’ll receive both digital and physical copies of your closing package for your records. Then, it’s time to start enjoying your new land!

What happens if I can’t continue making monthly payments?
We get it—life happens. If you can’t continue payments, just let us know. We’ll cancel the contract, and you won’t be obligated to continue paying. If it’s a temporary issue, reach out! We’re open to working with you.

How do I make an offer?

What kind of land do you offer?

How often do you add new properties?
